Every product in the LCF Merchandise Catalogue can be branded with your logo or message. There may be one or more styles of Branding to choose from, depending upon your requirements.

The setup costs are shown separately for each branding option. These vary according to the stitch count in an embroided Logo or by the colours chosen and/or the number of positions for printing with a printed Logo.

Printing is the cheapest most popular form of decorations. The type of print depends on the product. On clothing and some bags and other items with large print area we use silkscreen print. Printing costs are calculated by the number of colours. Setup costs are also calculated by the number of colours printed as each colour requires a separate screen.
When considering screen printing on clothing, note that there are limitations to reproducing fine detail and colour because we are printing on flexible, coarse weave material. Sometimes logos must be simplified or altered to give better registration, and if this is the case we will endeavour to help you make the right decisions on what is the best situation for you.

These prices are for one logo only if you need more than one logo on anything the price will be multiplied by that amount.

There is a repeat set fee for small orders of 25 or less of $10.00 per colour.

These prices do not included artwork, if you need to have a design re drawn or separated for multi coloured printing this can be out sourced by either you or we can organise it through our art department.

LCF Merchandise reserves the right to adjust its prices as it sees fit.

Embroidery is used to decorate headwear, apparel and some bags. A large machine is used to stitch your logo into the product.
The cost of embroidery is calculated by the number of stitches this goes up the bigger the logo gets.
Complex logos and block filled logos would have many more stitches than a text only logo. Conformation of the cost will only be calculated on once your artwork has been received. (View Samples)

Pad Printing can be used for single or multi colour printing normally used on plastic and metal products.
Pad printing is a process of using a silicone pad to lift an image from a printing plate after it has been inked and transferring that image to another surface. Each colour requires an individual plate.
There are restrictions on how large an image can be depending on the type of product. Items traditionally pad printed include pens, pencils, keyrings, golfballs and a wide range small promotional and small gift items.

Laser engraving uses a computer controlled laser beam to etch your logo or details onto metal products. This technique produces precise and clean engravings ensuring your design will always be seen at its best.

Decal printing is normally used to decorate porcelain, glass and ceramic products which are hard working or require regular exposure to water and cleaning agents. Decals can be produced in any number of colours and are then applied to the promotional item. For the best results, the product is then fired in a specially designed oven for 4-6 hours. Effectively, the image then becomes a permanent part of the product.

Digital printing is a process that allows photographic images or original artwork to be printed directly onto fabric. It utilises state if the art equipment, pre treated fabrics and reactive dyes to produce high quality images that are permanent and wash resistant.

Embossing is a technique used on some leather, PVC and paper items. A logo, name or design is stamped onto the product, coated in embossing powder and then heated to create a raised finish. This process adds extra depth, dimension and texture to produce a unique and professional touch to any product.

Is best received electronically, followed by bromide or laser print at 1200 DPI at 200%. We can accept other forms of artwork such as letterhead or business card. This can be time consuming for us to covert these to the right file types for branding and may result in an extra charge. We charge this at $40.00 per hour.

We would preferably like EPS or CDR format, followed by Tiff at 1200+ dpi in black and white. If multi colour artwork is transmitted, we need colour separated artwork in black and white, accompanied by a colour proof with print colour details.

Preferably convert the text to outlines (vector curves), or send all fonts that you have used.

Artwork Electronic artwork can be accepted in various ways. Via email Email artwork as an attachment. Please name it appropriately and append the correct extension for the file format, e.g. lcflogo1.tiff Via post or courier, we accept
