LCF Merchandise is happy to provide you with a free quote for your selected products. Please click on the above page link to access the ‘Quotation Form’. Please complete all relevant fields on the form to ensure that an accurate quote is provided.
The following information is required for completion of the Quotation Form:
- Company name, if applicable
- Contact name, email and phone number
- Product code and description
- Colour
- Size / dimensions
- Quantity required
- Branding requirements (embroidery or screen printing)
- Number of prints and positions
- An attachment file containing your logo for embroidery/screen printing pricing

Ordering
Sales orders can be made online by completing the Sales Order Form or by placing your order via telephone.
To place an order via telephone, please phone Leigh Fisher on 0419 625 336.
To order products online, please click on the page link above to access the ‘Sales Order Form’. Please complete all relevant fields on the form to ensure than an accurate sales order is supplied in minimal time.
The following information is required for completion of the Sales Order Form:
- Contact Name
- Billing Name
- Billing Address
- Delivery Address
- Contact details (email and telephone)
- Product code and description
- Colour
- Size / dimensions
- Quantity required
- Branding requirements (embroidery or screen printing)
- Number of prints and positions
- An attachment file containing your logo for embroidery/screen printing pricing
Once your order is received, online or via telephone, you will receive a confirmation email. Attached to this email will be a Tax Invoice for your products ordered.

Payment terms
Payment for your order is required upon delivery of products. Payments can be made by direct deposit or by cheque.
Once payment has been made, please forward the remittance advice to:
